    I'm not sure if I fully understand the criteria you use for routing to Basic and Advanced?

    Can you give me an example?

    for example, in the text below basic would be "other" for the unit in addition to  email for channel.

    If it were the combination of  unit = IT and channel of communication = snail mail it would be advanced

    There are 21 fields like the below with other data and a block at the bottom for free text.

    Hi again.

     

    If you could send the requests from the webform via API you would be able to map the fields to Zendesk and then create actions based on the fields.
