Prevent Proactive Chat?

    Hey Tom,

    I did some testing in my own account and it doesn't look there's a way to restrict the chat agent from accessing this visitor page and initiating a chat conversation.

    I'm happy to pass this along as product feedback for you to our Chat team so they're aware of this need :)
