I have created a custom metric in the Ticket Updates data set calculating the satisfaction rate based on the date on which the satisfaction rating was given (instead of reporting on dates the ticket was created, solved, updated, since that does not always correspond to the date of the rating). Now I would like to compare the satisfaction rate for this month with that of the previous month and that of the same month in the previous year (e.g., comparing December 2019 to November 2019 and to December 2018) by calculating a differnce score. Unfortunately, I cannot simply create a result metric calculation, since both values to be compared are in the same metric, and I cannot use the Totals Result Manipulation because there is no way to caluclate a difference (only sum, average etc.). Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
