I have an "Email User" trigger that fires when an Agent changes the ticket to a specific form, my issue is that the Agent's name appears in the from field in the email the user receives:
"From: Kylie (brand name)"
Is there a way to use "Email User" without the Agent's name appearing in the email and just have the brand name?
I've tried setting up another trigger which unassigns the ticket but that didn't work unfortunately.
I've also tried setting up the trigger to use Answer Bot instead however it won't fire, I suspect it's because Answer Bot can only fire once per ticket and we currently have an Answer Bot trigger for when a ticket is created (please correct me if I'm wrong!)
