Get "to" part of an email in a trigger and CC email text template

    I presume that you want the "received at" in the email template?

    Hi Thomas,

    If I understand correctly, the "received at" is related with the different support email address configured in the system. In my case, that support email address can appear in the CC field and the TO is a person. That "to" person is the one I like to capture.

    It is possible to access the recipient ("to") via JSON

    What you could do is, update the ticket via JSON target and pull the value into a custom field. You can then use the custom field value in your templates via placeholders, but it is a bit tricky and not sure if it recommendable.

    Thanks, Thomas. Even if not recommended, sometimes those tricky solutions are the only way to get things done. I have similar solution for another requirement so I'll definitely give it a try.

    Hi Thomas, do you know if there is any API that access the raw content of an email sent to Zendesk Support after the creation of a ticket? Same to what is implemented in Support when you click "View original email" in a comment.
