Not every mail is getting sorted into groups

    Hello Maria,

    That sounds like there's another option to create tickets, than the 3 different email addresses that you've set up.

    The tickets that are not assigned to a group, are they created through the email channel? And can you check if the email address the mail has been send to is one of your expected addresses?
