I have 2 groups for my team at Zendesk Support with 3 different e-emails. I've created triggers to sort mails to the right group, but they're not always getting sorted. Please see below. When emails don't get sorted to "Support" or "LR/ML/FL", only I can see them and they're marked like "-" below group. This means extra work for my team since they need to go through Outlook to see what is sorted into their group and not. Would be thankful for answer.
