Is it possible to create a query that shows the amount of tickets and the amount of visits in the helpdesk and the contact form?
We know that the helpdesk took away a lot of tickets before they even were created. Also we have a contact form that provides solutions as soon as a user chose a topic, so tickets get solved there even before coming into existence.
Is there a way to get this data?
We want to show how effective our efforts were for the total ticket volume that we avoided.
