Specific report setup
I would love to make a report that shows the highest ticket close count for a week per day, per agent. So I'm hoping it will just display each agent's highest ticket close count day for the last week. I'm not sure if this is possible, and am not seeing how I could do that.
Even one that showed the ticket close count for each day over the last week, broken down by agent would be great!
Anyone have any ideas?

It can be a little confusing making specific custom reports, even though I've made a few already.
