Counting number of open SLA tickets by end of each month

    Hey Ryen,

    It looks like you're trying to use a combination of Backlog and SLA datasets which currently isn't possible. You'd be able to accomplish most of what you're looking for using the Backlog dataset, however, you can't filter by tickets with an SLA at this time.
