So, a bit of context:
We use Guide extensively as an internal knowledge base (as well as an external one) and during the normal course of work our agents would be switching between Support, Guide and an internal web-app constantly to help solve a customer's query.
I've been thinking, could we perhaps eliminate this constant switching by inserting the web widget in our internal web app so agents could browse articles without having to switch tabs constantly.
It would certainly be possible to surface external content, but would internal articles show up? Would we need to auth the agents on the widget for it to do so?
