    The trigger setup looks correct, the only thing that would be tripping it up is if the URL is not exactly matching.

    Check the visitor in the visitor list and see the visitor path to see what we are registering as the URL and if you need further assistance, please email support@zendesk.com

    Is there anyway possible, if i want to to fire a trigger based on the condition that if a  cart contains any specific category , then display  a message.

    the current trigger works whenever the user lands on that specific page regardless of the cart contains medicines or not. But if want to display only if the cart contains medicines items. How can we achieve that?

    To do that, you would need to apply a tag to the visitor using the Javascript APIs. Then, create a trigger to fire based on the tag being added to the visitor. On the next page change, the triggers will re-evaluate and fire the proactive message based on the visitor having the tag.

    I would like to know how adding a tag will help us  to decide whether a cart contains Medicine or not?

    If they add medicine in the cart, you add a tag like "cart-medicine" and the Chat system will then know they have/had that item in the cart and triggers can be configured to fire based on that tag.
