How is Zendesk giving customers visibility into Explore feature needs & implementation timelines?

    This is a very good question. 

    Here is the article that covers the main differences between Insights and Explore - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022364093. It is slightly out of date. We will work on adding more feature to it and to keep it updated.

    Thank you, Eugene. More transparency into the timing and status of the pending and queued-up feature additions would be enormously helpful as the transition deadline approaches.
