Linking and Original Information missing

    Tobias Hermanns we can definitely look into enhancing the audit log for the creation of side convo child tickets. We are planning to add something along the lines of which group/agent the child ticket was originally assigned to to the side conversation itself, but I'm sure there's some good info we can get into the events view as well. Is the original assignment the main thing you're looking for, or is there other information you think would be helpful as well?

    - Created by Side Conversation

    - Group is "XY"

    - Assignee is "XY"

    - Need to find Side Conversation Number of Parent Ticket and vice versa
