We are using Zendesk Support (Team plan), and we would like to add a live chat service to our web site.
If we subscribe "Team" plan of Zendesk chat, Is it possible to see the messages on the support panel (Zendesk support) when someone send us a live chat message?
Will system create a ticket automatically if there is a message that we didn't reply immediately?
Also, is the live chat bot supports multi-language depends on different area users?
