    Hello Eric Chang,

    Welcome to the Community! So it seems we have three questions here so I'll do my best to address each one.

    1. If you're using agent workspaces with the suite, yes, otherwise, there’s the chat app, but it can be a little tricky to navigate.
    2. If you set up “create tickets” for chats that come in when you’re offline, then yes.
    3. Yes! But you would have to implement this on your own via the API.
