Shouldn't there be notifications in the app itself?

    Hey Gregory,

    There's only a notification to the agent in the UI when an agent is @mentioned on the ticket. 

    If an agent is CC'd on the ticket, then they will receive an email notification letting them know they've been CC'd on the ticket. As this is normal email functionality, even outside of Zendesk. 

    You're best off checking out this doc here on how CC's, followers and @mentions work to get a better understanding of it all.
