Our agents are reporting their time entries when viewing Events on the ticket is showing values such as Unable to load field label of custom_field_360016161731 - it may have been deactivated or deleted.
The time tracking app is also not showing their timelogs.
However, this is showing correctly when the agent has Zendesk admin permissions and adds a comment to a ticket:
Is this a known issue or something to do with our set up? This is causing significant issues with our time reporting.
