    Russell Milton please refresh your browser and give it a try again, we pushed out a new release that should address this. Let me know if it continues to give you trouble.

    Thanks Toby Sterrett the new release look to have solved the reply issue. Would you like me to raise a separate post regarding the user not being able to see which group the child ticket was created for?
