After a conversation with one of my colleagues, he was experiencing the following issues when trying to use the side conversation functionality.
Firstly, when he raises a new side conversation ticket, it does not detail the group/assignee that the side conversation has been sent to.
Secondly, as you'll notice in the screenshot above there is also no functionality to reply to the ticket or add further information to the side conversation.
Has anybody else experienced the same issues using google chrome. I've cleared the cookies and cache on the browser and this rectified the issue for a moment, but this would still not allow the user to update a side conversation and the issue would return shortly after.
I've tried this on Mozilla Firefox and have been unable to re-create this issue?
