    I apologize that I am unable to respond in your language. But I ran your question through Google Translate, and if I understand it correctly, you are asking whether you can change the ticket statuses (Open, Pending, On-Hold, Solved) in the Support ticket interface? 

    These statuses are not customizable. Additional statuses cannot be added. These are part of the inborn logic of the ticketing system.
