No information that child or parent ticket has been closed

    Could I have an update on this? I am wondering if this will be included in the future, or not?

    Marta Jacuk-Zurak yes we have plans to show the status, assignee and ticket number of the child ticket from the side conversation. The child ticket will have a reference to the parent ticket, but won't show the status of it.
