Resolving Child Ticket / Making the Side Conversation Done

    It does seem like there should be some way to link the solved state of the child ticket with the state of the side conversation and visa versa. Currently, there does not appear to be any feedback on the parent ticket when the child ticket is marked as solved nor any feedback on the child ticket when the conversation is marked as done.

    From an agent perspective, it would be intuitive to mark the conversation as done and expect it to mark the associated ticket as solved.  It would also seem to make sense to mark the conversation as done when the child ticket is marked as solved.
