Hi Team - I just tried the side conversation child ticket feature last night. During our test of it, I wasn't quite sure what the expected behavior is supposed to be. Going through our use case (asking a different team to redact something from the main ticket), creating the child ticket was easy and great. But when we put the child ticket in a Solved state, I had expected perhaps the final comment from that solved ticket be added to the "Side Conversation" and mark it as done. Can you help explain what the intended workflow is supposed to be? Thank you!
