User portal - list issues most recent to oldest

    You can do this by adding the custom code. In fact it depends on you how you create the community blocks? You can create one block only for guide issues or including features and all , other for discussions etc. So whenever user would create any ticket that will go inside the one block and sequence is already fine recent to oldest tickets on community topic page.

    May be Pro version has configuration settings or not. You can contact our product manager.
