Hi! I think Chat could benefit from more customisation when it comes to customise the Satisfaction Ratings feature.
- Department-based CSAT so that if I rate department A, department B is not affected by the rating, and vice versa Or for example having the possibility to rate 2 different departments during the same conversation
- Customisable CSAT request, so that CSAT can be independently switched on and off depending on the Department
- Customisable CSAT messages (ideally based on which Department is handling the Chat), to segment and expand on the reasons why the experience was rated positively/poorly.
