It looks like the Zendesk CC feature doesn't keep the newly added CC'd email when agents go to use Unbabel by leaving an internal note.

Has anyone found a good work-around for this? There's no chance to add a CC to these tickets so agent's never write a public reply when using Unbabel. The app sends all public replies.
I've reached out to Unbabel's support team and am waiting to hear back, as well.
Would love to know some workarounds in the meantime!
