Side Conversation Ticket - Trigger Issue

    Hey Russel,

    If you check the ticket events does it still show this trigger as firing?

    I may need to bring this into a ticket so we can take a look at specific ticket examples.

    Hi Brett,

    I've checked the events and the trigger is firing. I'm not sure if there is a conflict, since a public reply to a side conversation ticket is still a public reply and will send an email to the requesters email. Is there any possibility to create a tag for side conversation tickets?

    Hey Russel,

    You should be able to create a trigger that tags side conversations by using the Side conversation + Is + Created condition. More information here.
