We have an ongoing ticket with Zendesk about this, but since the issue hasn't been resolved in over two weeks and the response from Zendesk support is not so frequent I'm reaching out to the community for help.
We have Zendesk Guide, with approx 500 articles sorted in sections. Since a few weeks back the sections inside Zendesk have disappeared. The public site is still working with the articles inside their sections. But when entering an article edit mode or trying to publish a new one there are no sections to be selected.

- Inside an article edit-mode and clicking the section-field = empty, no sections available
- Inside https://unab.zendesk.com/knowledge/arrange/?brand_id=XXXXXX there are no sections displayed.
- All of our users are experiencing the same issue
We can't update or publish any articles which result in a major stoppage in our product development. Please help.
