    Hi Chris,

    Great question! If you navigate to Admin>Channels>Email and click edit next to the email address you want to update, you will be given the chance to select how you want the email address to appear:

    Ben Van Iten Thanks - another related question. Is it possible to hide the account name completely displayed next to agent's name like in image above? I know I can edit this name but not sure if I can hide it.
