    Hello Renato Lotfi,

    This is likely being caused by the type of Guide plan you are subscribed to. If you are utilizing Guide Lite, you are missing the Customer Portal feature, explaining why your customers are hitting this issue. I've shared an article that explains the differences between plans, and you should be able to adjust this easily on your end.
