Hello, I'm curious if I can pull certain items from the body of an incoming email.
From the example above, I would like to be able to grab the Report ID and the Contact Email. I added the *[ and ]* because I figured I could use those as start and end points for the JSON (if that is how I would do this).
Examples of what I might do:
Use the report ID to search of a pre existing / related ticket
Set the Contact Email to be the requester
Am I asking too much of the system?
