We are users of ZENDESK Support since 2 years. It works great.
For the moment our users always following and replying to our tickets by email.
We want to allow final users to connect to our Help Center with their email and password.
OK for that.
We have activated "Guide" module to see the homepage and the "Send a request" form.
We are unable to find how we can allow our final users to see the "Current Open ticket" list.
We have some customers that can have many tickets open in the same time.
How can we allow them to see their active list of Open Ticket in the HELP CENTER ??
I am searching since many hours... but unable to find how to that... is it possible ?
