Arrange content not working

I've manually arranged the articles in one of our Help Centre sections, however when I go back into our Help Centre the content is not in the correct order, despite it being saved in admin mode. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or know what could be causing it?

I haven't had this happen to myself before so not sure what could be going on. Are the articles out of order or are some of them not showing? Is it the end user who doesn't see the new order or an agent? If you refresh the browser or close and reopen it, does it update?

If Maggie's suggestions don't correct the issue, try clearing your cache as well.
Are you using any plugins?

Thanks so much for your replies - sorry for the delay in getting back!
I'm still having the issue. The order of my articles in 'Arrange articles' from Zendesk guide is not the order they appear in when viewing the help centre as an agent/admin/end user. Any other suggestions?
Have tried clearing cache, not using any plug ins!

Are your categories set to sort by another option other than Manually? They may be sorting by when they were created or alphabetically based on the section settings.
