Zendesk Explore - Move aggregator Sum as the first row

    Hi Mangai,

    Normally you can use the Inverse totals position checkbox under Result manipulation > Totals to move totals from top to bottom and vice versa, but for some reason that doesn't seem to be working for everyone, but try to give it a try. Also, if you have sorted a column by value, this will overwrite the Inverse selection.

    To make your sum value bold, go to Chart configuration > Chart and select the B icon next to Total style.

    Thanks for your inputs. The Total Style Bold worked.

    But, I have Totals on the rows as well. Is there a way to bold that?

    Hi again,

    There doesn't seem to be a straightforward way of adding bold styling to vertical Totals, but I will have a look in Explore to see if there is some kind of workaround and let you know the outcome.

    I've now had a look into it and I can't seem to find a way of adding bold styling to vertical Totals.

    This option seems to have been removed since I posted the first answer. I do not have the Inverse option available anymore either.

    Why is that a GREAT idea to remove it?!!? This is the worst thing that can happen to Zendesk Explore. It RUINED so many dashboards i've built.
