Set Agent Access by Default

    Hi Bob, I'm a ZD user too, and have not seen such a default option, though we wouldn't need it so I might have missed seeing it. What I would suggest you do is create a custom role with that setting. You can easily assign each of your new agents to that role. This also allows you to standardize other agent settings and restrictions. See https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203662026-Creating-custom-roles-and-assigning-agents-Enterprise-

    Thanks for the link, Jonathan! This could work, but I'm not sure we will purchase the Enterprise suite. That is yet to be determined as we go through the trial. I will keep that article handy.
