I wanted to add hyperlink to custom field description and I wanted to be clickable. I follow the instruction but they does not work . I get feedback from support: "I just confirmed that this option of adding hyperlink to the ticket field is working on ticket request when submitting a ticket on your Help Center.
Unfortunately, widget is not supported at this moment."

I need it to be available on a widget as well
