I just upgraded from the free chat module and my chat goes invisible after 15 mn

    Hey Roy,

    The first thing that comes to mind is to check you haven't got a schedule set up in Chat which might be turning your chat offline for some reason. 

    Hopefully, that might put you on the right path. Otherwise, best thing is to jump onto live chat with Zendesk Support so they can help you directly to get this one resolved. :)
