Hi! I would like to know if in the next update we'll be able to set the comment mode of the side conversation first message.
Today, the first comment on the side conversation is public and would be great if we could set the comment mode for private.
Here in CX Team, we have two kinds of tickets: external tickets with our customer (public) and internal tickets with the product team as assignee (private). I want to start a private side conversation with the product team from an external ticket with our customer.
External tickets: CX Team as assignee (Public)
Internal tickets: Product Team as assignee (Private)
ps: we use the same requester in both tickets (internal and external), so we can prioritize both in terms of our customer's characteristics.
