i work in support using zendesk, but with my new computer i can't seem to open or see any image attachments. they all look like broken links for me. i linked a colleague to one of the tickets, and they could see the attachment without problem. so it's not an issue with the sender attaching it incorrectly.
so, is there some standard program or addon i need to get? a setting i can't find?
using google chrome. acer laptop. win 10. almost a fresh computer. i have nordvpn running most of the time.
