unable to see attached images

    Hey Jonatan,

    That's definitely some odd behavior there. Have you tried testing from another browser to see if you can replicate this issue? How about an Incognito window using Chrome?

    Hi Jonatan,

    Do you mean image attachments or inline images?

    For several months, we have experienced problems with seeing inline images in tickets. The workaround is to right-click, select "Open image in another tab", then right-click "Load image". We also filed a ticket with ZD support, who are investigating as a possible bug.

    thanks for the suggestions, but still no luck.

    I tried using normal chrome, chrome incognito, edge, and avast secure-browser.

    And i'm pretty sure it's attachments. the image at the bottom of every post in the ticket, right? (not 100% about inline image, as i'm not native english.) 
    I can't open it in a new tab either anyway. i get an "this site can't be reached" error.
    "p18.zdusercontent.com refused to connect."

    i'm planning to try with a new computer when i have the opportunity, but even if it works, I still wouldn't know WHY it works.

    Hello again Jonatan.

    That's right, "attachment" refers to an image at the bottom of the post. "Inline" refers to an image which is embedded in the text of a message (e.g. between two paragraphs).
