Feature Request: Chat Notifications in Support
Hi there,
With Zendesk Talk, the icon changes when there is an incoming call. When a chat message comes through, we get a small notification which is the same colour as the rest of the screen, and the chat icon doesn't change.
Would it be possible to have a little red icon over the chat icon in the top right of the screen when there's a new visitor or message, so our agents will know to look at it?
