    Hello Giovanni Barbesi,

    The "Allow List" under Admin > Channels/Widget > Security settings > Configure can be very strict.

    It does not accept wildcards or all subdomains of a main domain automatically, they must be listed. This is true to the point of maybe needing to prefix the site with "www" if you haven't already.

    Post back here if that was the case or not. If not, let us know if removing the "Allow List" (at least for testing purposes) resolves the issue. Thanks!
