We have a specific need at my company to group ticket forms into three groups: help desk, data, operations. Once we click one of these buttons on the homepage I would like the new request page to appear but the dropdown to only show the forms in that specific group. I have been told this is possible my Zendesk support but it requires some knowledge in JS that I do not currently possess.
Also, a follow-up request is the ability to hide subject and description from some forms and simply autofill these elements with default values. Again, only on certain forms do I need this feature.
