    Same subject line issue. Also, many incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Please provide updates!

    Hey everyone,

    I received confirmation that a fix has been put in place to address the issue with subject line showing a transmission error.

    Any new tickets should no longer show this error. Let us know if you continue to experience issues!

    You should still have access to these tickets and the voicemails themselves since only the subject was affected with this incident. If that's not the case for you please let me know!
