I have created a simple Explore query to better understand our more significant Problem tickets:
metric = COUNT(Incidents)
row= Ticket Problem ID
The result contains the necessary data, with copious amounts of unnecessary data.
I can not seem to filter the 'Solved/Closed", Problems out of the results while retaining the 'Solved/Closed", Incidents, which I need for proper severity counts
