Hi, I have a question about guide permissions. To give some context when we first set up our Zendeks account for our Customer Support Department we never anticipated we would use it as a 'shared service' however now we are adding more licenses to our account so our Sales department can use Zendesk as well.
My questions are our current guide contains over a 1000 articles and currently, each article is set with the permission of all signed-in users to view however with the new license they are not supposed to be able to see our content.
Is there a way I can change that without having to manually change the access of a 1000 articles? Can I change the categories?
