question of zendesk chat
I would like to know if there is a way to adjust timeframe of 20sec to 2mins before the session times out, at least up to 8 hours.
Other customer chatting systems, commonly used in Korea, let customers to access their latest chat whenever they want to and check out their chat history. Zendesk, however, due to very short chatting timeframe, a lot of our customer have shown their complaints over having to start new chat over and over again, without getting their access to chat history.

I would recommend you look into the new messaging beta from Zendesk. It lets you connect and work across multiple channels and keep the chat persistent.
