Request: Allow admins to schedule the de/activation of a ticket form at a specified date and time.
Right now, a ticket form can only exist in three states: Active states: Agent-only, End-User Visible; or, deactivated. In the event that a new process is launching at the company, we are unable to schedule a form to move between active states. It must be done manually, sometimes requiring outside-business-hours work. The same applies if a form needs to become unavailable at a certain date/time.
A similar feature is found in scheduling the publishing status of articles, which are often tied to the release of a new ticket form (at least, in our case).
Ostensibly, this could be done with jQuery, but a native tool to schedule a form "state change" would be helpful.
