Call Topic on Log a Visit

When logging a call on a contact that has deals, there is a drop down labeled "Call Topic" that is a list of deals for the customer.  

The resulting call note is then visible on both the contact and the selected deals.

Can this Call Topic drop down be added to "Log a Visit" so visit notes can be visible on both the contact and selected deals?

Hi Stephanie,

I'm afraid that you can't add the 'Call Topic' as an outcome when logging a visit. However, a workaround is to manually enter the call topic under Visit Notes.

I hope this helps!

Along the same lines, where do these topics come from?  I could not find any information about how to create or control these topics.   When I checked the Voice Settings in the control panel, there were options to modify Call Outcome but not the Topic.

Hi Rodger,

These Call Topics reflect the Deals associated with the Contact you are calling. You can select other Deal options if they are associated with the Contact, but otherwise, I'm afraid they cannot be customized further.
