Feature request: Live Chat Audio Notification

Hello,
Please introduce a feature that has an audio notification accompany the live chat box popping up when people view our site. I noticed on other websites that hearing a small sound when the chat appears makes it more eye-catching and would like to utilize this with our live chat service.

Thank you for your feedback! We will make note of it in our side and consider it in the future. This is a feature that we have discussed and are thinking about introducing a sound notification within the messaging experience sometime in 2022.
