Hi my name is Costin, i'm IT specialist for srlconsult. I need some help to configurate all mail's that comes to srlconsult go intro our zendesk account as a ticket. Our account : srlconsult.zendesk.com . Thank's

Hi Constantin,

You need to add your Microsoft Exchange address as a support address in your Zendesk account. Here's a related article on how you do that.

Furthermore, you need to configure email forwarding in your own email account to forward emails from your Microsoft Exchange mailbox to your Zendesk account. Exactly how this is done depends on the email provider you're using, but here's an article I found in Microsoft's help center on how you can do that: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/recipients/user-mailboxes/email-forwarding?view=exchserver-2019.
