I would like to be able to link incident ticket to problems in bulk. Currently you are able to bulk edit tickets but not link them to a problem in bulk. I believe this feature would be extremely useful for many customers of Zendesk. The main reason we link incidents to problems is to send out a quick response to many end users at once. This 'quick response' is made much slower when agents have to go in and individually link incidents to a problem, one at a time. Although the current method still functions great for reporting purposes, the Vertex Education crew would deeply appreciate the development of the feature to be able to link incidents to problems in bulk.
