Option to Edit the Exported PDF with Tickets

Hi!

While using the option "Print Ticket" on a ticket - the exported PDF has 1 ticket/page which can be very uncomfortable if the conversation is very long. It would be useful if the PDF could be editable or there would be more options for exporting/configuration.
